How do I cancel a subscription?
Open My subscriptions and choose Unsubscribe next to the Booki. You can also cancel from the Booki’s page. A paid membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Open My subscriptions.
- Find the Booki and choose Unsubscribe.
- Confirm.
For a paid membership, cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. For a free membership, cancelling ends it at once.
Changed your mind after cancelling? While the period you paid for is still running, you can move to a higher tier of the same Booki: open their page and choose Upgrade on the tier you want. The time you have not used comes off your first payment, and the new membership renews until you cancel it. Moving to the same tier or a lower one is possible once the period has ended.
